Gandi is a French domain name registrar, web hosting provider, and cloud infrastructure company that offers domain registration, SSL/TLS certificates, email hosting, web hosting services, and cloud computing resources. Before you start

Huntbase signs in to Gandi with Personal Access Token. Create the credential in Gandi first, then keep it to hand for the Connect step.

1. Sign in to Gandi, click ORGANIZATIONS in the left menu, and open the organization Huntbase should read.
2. Open the Sharing tab, go to the bottom of the page, and click Create a token.
3. Enter a name and choose an expiry. The options are 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or 1 year.
4. Choose the token resources (the whole organization or selected products) and grant only the permissions listed below.
5. Copy the generated token. You can see it only once.

Permissions:

• View organization
• See and renew domain names
• See & download SSL certificates

Watch out for

• Personal access tokens expire. Create a new token and update the connection before the expiry date.

tip

Use a dedicated, read-only credential for Huntbase where the product allows it. Huntbase only needs to read.

Connect Gandi

1. Go to Connections and click New connection, or click New connection on the Gandi product page.
2. On Product, pick Gandi and choose the Owner.
3. On Details, give the connection a Name and, optionally, a Description.
4. On Connect, fill in the settings and credentials described below.
5. On Verify, review the summary and click Create & check.

Credentials

The only Method is Personal Access Token. Enter a Credential label (for example Production), then fill in:

Query it

Once connected, Gandi can serve these languages in a query tab, and Scout can use it when you ask in Auto:
