Freshworks Freshservice
Freshworks Freshservice is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) platform that helps organizations manage IT services, support operations, and service desk functions. As a comprehensive ITSM solution, Freshservice enables IT teams to track, manage, and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and assets across the enterprise.

Before you start
Huntbase signs in to Freshworks Freshservice with API Token. Create the credential in Freshworks Freshservice first, then keep it to hand for the Connect step.
- Sign in to your Freshservice portal and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Go to Profile settings.
- Copy your API key, shown to the right, below the Delegate Approvals section.

Use a dedicated, read-only credential for Huntbase where the product allows it. Huntbase only needs to read.
Connect Freshworks Freshservice
- Go to Connections and click New connection, or click New connection on the Freshworks Freshservice product page.
- On Product, pick Freshworks Freshservice and choose the Owner.
- On Details, give the connection a Name and, optionally, a Description.
- On Connect, fill in the settings and credentials described below.
- On Verify, review the summary and click Create & check.

Settings
Where your Freshworks Freshservice lives:

Credentials
The only Method is API Token. Enter a Credential label (for example Production), then fill in:

Query it
Once connected, Freshworks Freshservice can serve these languages in a query tab, and Scout can use it when you ask in Auto:
